Starting in 1995 with Pierce Brosnan’s GoldenEye, James Bond switched from the literary and film preference for Rolex timepieces to Omega Seamaster watches in every film. Even if you don’t agree with that, we can all agree that it’s at least in the top 5 ranking, right? We believe that not only is Casino Royale Daniel Craig’s best performance as the iconic James Bond, but possibly the best film in the 25-film canon.
We reviewed the complete list of James Bond’s Omega watches before, but for this article, we’d like to zero in on his watches in 2006’s Casino Royale. Of course, Bond also wore other brands such as Breitling and Gruen, and most prominently Rolex, but Omega is top of mind when it comes to James Bond’s timepiece. Omega has been a large part of the James Bond franchise, having been the secret agent’s choice watch brand since 1995.
